Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Contract Administration phase to ensure effective project delivery.
• Conduct site reviews and monitor contract progress including costs and schedules.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to best practices.
