Stantec in Calgary, AB is seeking a Senior Construction Contract Administrator to join our multidisciplinary team on complex Alberta projects. You will manage construction-phase contract administration from award through closeout, supporting project leaders and coordinating with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors.
The role requires deep knowledge of procurement and contracts, strong leadership of cross-discipline teams, and the ability to resolve change claims and disputes.
We have several projects in Alberta that require a Senior Construction Contract Administrator to join our award-winning team.
As a Senior Construction Contract Administrator, you will work as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team delivering complex projects in Alberta. You will coordinate and administer the construction phase from contract award through construction, turnover, closeout, and the warranty period on complex, fast-paced projects. On some projects, the Senior CA may also be engaged during preconstruction to review drawings and work with the Construction Manager or other construction-focused professionals to identify and address issues early in the process.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may require travel and include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.

In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
