Position : Senior Architect (AAA or Eligible)
Location : Edmonton, Alberta
Compensation : $90,000 – $140,000 (based on experience)

This opportunity can be tailored as a Senior Architect or elevated into an Associate / Senior Associate leadership role for the right candidate.
As a registered AAA Architect—or one ready to register in Alberta—you’ll lead projects from concept through completion. You'll shape bold design solutions, guide project teams, and serve as the key liaison between client vision and built reality.
What You’ll Do :
Spearhead project design, development, and technical problem-solving
Be involved in business development tasks including proposals
Engage closely with clients to deliver exceptional outcomes
Direct and mentor junior architects and team members
Oversee timelines, budgets, QA / QC standards, and sustainability integration
Coordinate across disciplines to ensure seamless project execution
Drive architectural excellence from sketches to site
Some other leaderships tasks dependant on the level you're hired at (senior architect, associate, senior associate)
WHAT'S REQUIRED
9+ years of relevant experience, including public (education / civic) and commercial work
Registered with the AAA (or eligible for registration in Alberta)
Portfolio that blends creativity, functionality, and beauty
Outstanding communication and organizational prowess
Collaborative mindset with an eye for leadership
Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment
