DESCRIPTION

As the Salesforce Architect, you will act as the architectural authority for Salesforce across the organization. You’ll define target‑state architectures, establish governance standards, and guide multiple delivery teams to ensure solutions are robust, sustainable, and aligned with business strategy.

You’ll work closely with business leaders, product owners, enterprise architects, and delivery teams—balancing innovation and speed with long‑term platform health and compliance.

• Own and evolve end‑to‑end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Define current, transitional, and future‑state architectures aligned to enterprise and IT roadmaps
• Serve as the final decision‑maker for complex designs, integrations, and platform capabilities
• Lead architectural assessments and technology trade‑off discussions
• Establish Salesforce design principles, reference architectures, and architectural standards
• Define guardrails for customization, automation, data, and integrations
• Balance delivery speed with scalability, security, and compliance
• Identify architectural risks, technical debt, and remediation strategies
• Provide architectural oversight across multiple programs and teams
• Review and approve high‑impact solution and integration designs
• Act as an escalation point for complex or cross‑domain Salesforce issues
• Ensure solutions meet both functional and non‑functional requirements
• Define enterprise‑grade integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and event‑driven approaches
• Guide data modelling, migration strategies, and data quality governance
• Collaborate with Integration, Security, and Enterprise Architecture teams
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior IT and business stakeholders
• Influence platform investment decisions and roadmap priorities
• Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, executive‑ready language

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce Architect role within complex enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Proven experience in architecting large‑scale, highly integrated Salesforce platforms
• Strong understanding of security architecture, data governance, and integration patterns
• Ability to influence decisions without direct authority
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, integrations)
• Integration experience with MuleSoft and/or CCaaS platforms
• Salesforce certifications such as:
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Experience in regulated or security‑sensitive environments
• Familiarity with Salesforce CI/CD, DevOps, and release governance
• Exposure to broader marketing automation ecosystems (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Marketo)
