Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Java/React).
• Strong proficiency in Java and experience building RESTful APIs with the Spring Boot framework.
• Contribute to our evolving Micro-Frontend (MFE) architecture to build and maintain independent, reusable UI components.
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerizing applications.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and cluster management.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more Applications Development teams and conduct personnel duties.
• Provide technical oversight across systems and applications.
• Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects.
• Contribute to formulation of strategies for applications development and other functional areas.
• Develop knowledge of how business areas integrate to achieve goals.
• Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of data in complex situations.
• Monitor delivery, participate in budget management, and handle day-to-day staff management issues.
• Ensure procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards; negotiate with external parties when necessary.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and Citigroup policies.
