The role requires 6+ years in apps development or systems analysis, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), strong leadership, and proven ability to manage complex programs while ensuring compliance and quality across teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure integration of functions and define system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of complex business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design adheres to architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Understand how architecture and infrastructure integrate to achieve business goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts.
• Assess risk in business decisions and drive compliance with laws, policies, and ethics.
