Job summary

Priceline Partner Solutions in Canada is seeking a Senior Technical Partner Solutions Manager to own the end-to-end technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic API partners, drive integration quality, and act as the trusted expert for partners and internal teams.

As Senior Technical Partner Solutions Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic partners, driving integration quality and serving as a trusted expert for partners and internal teams.

What you will do

• Own the end‑to‑end technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic API partners, from integration and onboarding through to post‑launch performance and growth.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners, handling API questions, troubleshooting integration issues, and guiding partners toward effective solutions.
• Monitor and analyze API performance metrics to identify trends, surface issues proactively, and drive improvements before they become partner‑facing problems.
• Work cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to advocate for partner needs and support the adoption of new API features and capabilities.
• Lead structured technical reviews with partners, translating data into clear and actionable insights.
• Create and maintain documentation covering integration best practices, onboarding processes, and key performance benchmarks.
• Contribute to process improvements that make onboarding faster, integrations more stable, and partner experiences more consistent.
• Manage multiple partner relationships and workstreams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and follow‑through.

• Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools such as Grafana, Superset, Tableau, etc.
• Proficiency with SQL, Postman, or similar tools for querying and testing.
• Experience working with distributed or cross‑functional international teams.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $110,000–130,000 CAD. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
