Infra Pipes, based in Mississauga, Ontario, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to cover an 18‑month maternity leave. You will process vendor invoices across multiple entities, ensure proper coding, and support month‑end close with accruals and reconciliations.

The role requires 4–7 years of progressive AP or general accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 4-7 years of progressive experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex AP transactions with minimal supervision.
• Experience with an ERP system is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Independently process vendor invoices across multiple entities or cost centers.
• Review invoices for completeness, accuracy, coding, and policy compliance.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare cheque runs and electronic payments according to schedules and controls.
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations related to AP.
• Maintain audit-ready AP records and provide guidance as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and controls.
