Purpose

The Senior Sourcing Analyst, reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing, supports sourcing initiatives, develops and tracks supplier and category strategies, and provides procurement system support. Responsibilities include sourcing, supplier and category reporting, and ad hoc analyses.

Ideal candidates should have a customer-focused mindset, enjoy data analysis, possess strong critical thinking skills, and pride themselves on delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support sourcing initiatives such as market reviews, RFx processes, supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and risk management.
2. Assist in developing and tracking supplier strategies, analyzing key supplier relationships, and monitoring contract hygiene.
3. Contribute to category strategy development, including inventorying contracts, commitments, and costs, and preparing recommendations.
4. Provide regular and ad hoc sourcing reports, maintaining key data inputs and collaborating with internal teams.
5. Develop proficiency in procurement and third-party risk management systems to support team and business needs.
6. Promote a customer-focused culture to strengthen client relationships and leverage broader organizational networks.

Qualifications:

• Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills
• Commitment to high-quality work
• 3-5 years of experience in supplier relationship management, financial services, or procurement
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
