Overview

We are seeking Senior Endpoint Management Consultants to join our contractor roster. These roles requires a true consultant mindset: not simply administrating, but architecting, planning, migrating, and leading strategic endpoint projects.

You’ll work on projects involving Windows 11 migrations, SCCM and Intune transformations, and cloud-native device management implementations, with a structured, outcome-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, upgrade, and migration of Microsoft SCCM and Intune environments.
• Architect solutions for co-managed and cloud-native endpoint management environments.
• Deliver structured project documentation: design documents, as-built records, SOWs, and transition plans.
• Lead and support Windows 11 migration initiatives.
• Develop and propose patching strategies (SCCM, Windows Update for Business, Autopatch).
• Manage identity and access integrations (Hybrid, Entra ID, MFA, PIM, Password-less, Conditional Access).
• Map Group Policy settings into Intune configurations.
• Work closely with clients, internal technical leads, and project managers to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional endpoint management consulting experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise in SCCM and Microsoft Intune deployments and upgrades.
• Solid experience with Windows OS migrations (Windows 7 to 10/11).
• Proven background creating technical project scopes and driving independent project delivery.
• Outstanding technical writing skills and documentation discipline.
• Prior consulting experience with multiple clients, ideally via Microsoft Partners.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, structured, and outcome focused.

Nice to Have

• Experience with PatchMyPC, Defender for Endpoint, or onboarding to Azure Arc.
• Familiarity with networking (DNS, DHCP, WiFi basics).
• Previous work with education, government, or large public sector clients.

• Must be available to work core business hours in Pacific Time (PST).

• Must have a professional home office setup with reliable internet access.
