What you’ll be doing
The Senior Consultant, Business Effectiveness is a key member of the Regulatory Initiatives & Business Management team. Reporting to the Director, Business Effectiveness, the Senior Consultant is accountable for the execution of Risk Management mid to large-scale initiatives that enhance employee experience and capability. This includes working with the various Risk Management Lines of Business (LOBs) on their communications, town halls, strategy, leadership sessions and engagement plans. In this role, you will also help oversee, create and manage executive presentations and ensure communications are clear, concise and accessible to all team members.
This role may also be required to support the other units in the team which would include project management, general administrative/operational support, business consulting, and partner/vendor management.

How you’ll succeed
Events & Communications – Manage large scale town halls, and events; develop strategic presentations, speeches, internal communication and intranet messages while ensuring alignment with, and understanding of, the key priorities and messages of the Risk LOBs. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, is an asset. Lead our businesses in working differently using technology and digital tools like MS Teams, Viva and SharePoint.
Project Management – Provide rigor and structure around the scheduling and organizing of the work that we do in this team. You will manage timelines for the planning of the events for the LOBs.
People and Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, trusting, collaborative relationships across the various LOBs within Risk Management including the Executive Leadership Team. You will learn about what each business needs to succeed and provide services through our team to guide them to success.
Deliver with Speed and Accuracy – Manage emerging multiple priorities, shifting deadlines and various stakeholders in a fast paced environment. You will need to be able to iterate effectively while delivering high quality and timely results.
Who you are
You can demonstrate experience in managing relationships at the Senior Executive level and have 3+ years of Consultative or Management level experience including solving complex problems. You find meaning in relationships, and surround yourself with a diverse network of partners.
You’re a master communicator. Your written communications and PowerPoint skills are exceptional. From crafting townhall decks to organizing strategic program updates for senior executive audiences, you have the experience in building impactful communications appropriate to the audience.
