About The Team
The Portfolio Management team supports the Real Estate Investment team, handling corporate and asset management reporting, business planning, capital planning, sustainable investment reporting, and pipeline oversight. The team also develops dashboards, ensures data governance, and performs system administration.

About Your Role
You will support dashboard and report development for portfolio monitoring, enhance analytical capabilities, support sustainability initiatives, and collaborate on ad-hoc analytical requests. You will also maintain data integrity, ensure accurate data flow, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop dashboards and reports for portfolio monitoring and asset management requirements in collaboration with the Manager, Portfolio Management
  • Manage capital plan reporting, ensuring alignment with investment strategies and budgets
  • Produce quarterly leverage updates, communicate expiries and covenant testing results
  • Generate quarterly development project reports with the Real Estate Director of Developments
  • Leverage market data to improve analytics and reporting
  • Create sustainability dashboards with the Sustainability and Climate Innovation team to track KPIs
  • Develop data products and streamline recurring analytics through Insight Stack and corporate initiatives
  • Provide accurate portfolio data for reporting to Business Partner groups and leadership
  • Support ad-hoc analytical requests from the Portfolio Strategy team
Data Management & Technology Support
  • Act as system administrator for iLevel
  • Maintain data and technology landscape, collaborate on data lineage documentation
  • Ensure accurate data flow between systems
  • Update stakeholders on data initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business technology management, data science, or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience, preferably in an institutional setting
  • Professional designation such as CFA is an asset
  • Proven experience reconciling large data volumes
  • Knowledge of institutional real estate investments is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, querying datasets (Snowflake, Excel)
  • Programming skills (Python, SQL)
  • Knowledge of BI systems (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of data services, operational processes, and tools
  • Interest in real estate, portfolio management, and financial reporting
  • Research and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Focus on continuous improvement and quality
  • Bilingual in English and French
