Accountabilities:

  • Own and refine the company’s strategic asset allocation framework using data-driven, research-backed methodologies
  • Define and implement guidelines for tactical adjustments to allocations and portfolio construction
  • Drive optimal security selection and efficient trade execution to enhance portfolio outcomes
  • Establish internal benchmarks, monitor performance, and perform attribution analysis relative to targets
  • Maintain competitive intelligence on asset allocation practices in the retail and institutional investment space
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align investment strategies with business goals and client needs
  • 6+ years of experience in portfolio management, strategic asset allocation, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to define long-term investment vision and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of portfolio theory, benchmarking, and performance attribution
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex investment concepts to varied stakeholders
