Job summary

Canada Guaranty Mortgage Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Analyst to strengthen its Enterprise Risk Management program. You will consolidate risk information, support governance committees, and maintain risk inventories across operational, technology, and enterprise risks.

The role focuses on risk reporting, metrics, and coordinating risk initiatives with Internal Audit and regulatory engagements. You will collaborate with Compliance and other control functions to enhance risk maturity,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, or related field.
• 3+ years in enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, internal audit, or risk analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret risk data and identify trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership reports.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate across business units and risk functions.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate risk information from RCSAs, KRIs, risk events, and issue management.
• Maintain enterprise risk inventories and risk profiles aligned with risk taxonomy.
• Coordinate risk management activities with Internal Audit, regulatory reviews, and OSFI.
• Prepare and present risk insights for governance committees and risk forums.
• Support implementation and governance of GRC tools and platforms.
• Contribute to ERM and ORMF framework refinement and maturity.
• Participate in Risk & Control Self-Assessments where required.
• Partner with Compliance to align in the three lines of defense.
• Strengthen enterprise risk governance and risk transparency.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure consistent risk management practices.
