Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk management, controls, audit, compliance, or related function.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with ability to identify root causes and gaps.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable leadership insights.
• Proficient communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of governance forums, risk reviews, and regulatory initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of risks, controls, corrective actions, audit findings, and regulatory obligations.
• Identify gaps and recommend practical improvements to governance processes.
• Drive simplification of governance, risk, and control processes across A&E.
• Partner with risk, compliance, audit, governance, and business stakeholders for oversight.
• Assess remediation plans to ensure accountability and progress.
• Support audits, governance reviews, and regulatory assessments.
• Develop concise executive-level reporting on risk, control, and governance matters.
• Translate information into actionable insights for leadership and drive continuous improvement.
