Job summary

Farm Credit Canada is seeking a Risk Specialist to strengthen risk reporting and support governance across the organization. You’ll translate complex business practices into clear risk reports for senior leadership and committees, collaborating with risk partners to provide insights and actionable recommendations.

The role focuses on enterprise risk reporting, development of tools and methodologies, and guiding partners through governance structures.

Qualifications

• A degree in economics, business administration or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in a risk management environment.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise risk management and risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate business practices into meaningful risk reports.
• Support enterprise risk reporting activities, including Top & Emerging risk program.
• Guide the three lines of defence and enhance reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain risk reporting methodologies and tools.
• Coach partners on applying reporting best practices.
