Job Overview

Our Compliance & Risk Management Group in Business Enablement Services is seeking an Analyst, Risk Management, to join our expanding team. The group ensures compliance with Professional, Regulatory, and KPMG policies and standards, focusing on monitoring standards related to personal independence, including those by SEC, PCAOB, CPA Code, IESBA Code, and AICPA.

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop understanding of independence rules and internal policies through consulting and reviewing manuals.
  • Conduct compliance audits and monitor adherence to independence standards.
  • Assess, summarize, and escalate potential policy breaches.
  • Respond to inquiries via KICS help desk and research related issues.
  • Support other compliance tasks and ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience, preferably in business or finance.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in high-volume environments, maintaining quality under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Business-level proficiency in English is required.

Additional Information

The salary range is $54,000 to $81,000, with potential bonuses. Salary is determined based on location, skills, and qualifications. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment aligned with our values : Integrity, Excellence, Courage, Together, and For Better.
