Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a mechanical or aerospace engineering degree, 8–12 years in thermodynamics/icing, and strong programming experience. Travel for short assignments may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analyses of heat transfer, pipe network flow, thermodynamics, and aircraft icing.
• Understand and frame the results within the context of aircraft design and right-sizing.
• Prepare test plans and coordinate ground and flight test activities.
• Document analysis findings, test results, and best‑practice recommendations.
• Write and update engineering practice documents.
