Job summary

Bombardier in Dorval, QC, seeks a Project Engineering and Integration focal for challenging aircraft programs. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, develop schedules and budgets, and ensure deliverables meet contract requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance, with at least 5 years in aerospace project management, and strong leadership and communication skills. French-English bilingualism and MS Projects proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
At least 5 years of project management experience in aerospace; technical engineering experience is an asset.
Strong understanding of aircraft development from conceptual design to certification.
Bilingual in French and English.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel to generate and present analyses.

Responsibilities

Act as Project Engineering and Integration focal for missionized aircraft programs.
Interface with Bombardier Defense’s PMO and with customers’ technical/PMO representatives and suppliers.
Create schedules, milestones and budgets for technical activities.
Plan and monitor tasks to achieve project objectives and estimate levels of effort.
Plan and monitor financials to achieve project targets.
Lead multidisciplinary stakeholders to resolve technical roadblocks, risks and challenges.
Ensure all technical activities are harmonized and contract requirements are met per schedule.
Coordinate engineering resources and identify risks; resolve issues.
Prepare status, cost and schedule updates for upper management in governance meetings.
