Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering with strong hands-on coding background.

• Develop and integrate agentic AI systems leveraging multiple model providers and platforms.

• Drive MVP-first, rapid-iteration delivery with continuous experimentation.
• Define metrics and feedback loops to improve AI system performance and behavior.
