Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to accelerate how our Customer Success organization leverages AI to operate smarter and deliver more impact. This role spans applied AI, solutions architecture, and enablement across teams.

You’ll build AI-powered prototypes using Claude, LLMs, and modern platforms, connect AI systems with APIs and internal data, and scale production-grade solutions with our AI engineering team.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered prototypes using LLMs and modern AI tools.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong communication skills with ability to create clear documentation and enable others to adopt AI.

Responsibilities

• Program Strategy & Discovery: identify high-impact AI opportunities and create roadmaps with outcomes and milestones.
• Technical Prototyping & Productization: build AI workflows, connect AI systems via APIs, and iterate toward production-grade implementations.
• Enablement & AI Literacy: create docs, run enablement sessions, and grow AI fluency across teams.
