Cloudflare seeks a Customer Engineer to partner with Account Executives, own the technical relationship from discovery through adoption and expansion. You will design architectures, deliver compelling demos/PoCs, and drive onboarding, health metrics and renewal strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Eng/Sales Eng/Forward Deployed Eng).
• Broad technical knowledge across web security, networking, cloud infra, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record in quota-driven environments with SaaS metrics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and build bespoke architectures with clear demos/PoCs.
• Own onboarding, health, risk, and expansion strategy for customers.
• Drive quarterly business reviews translating tech into ROI for execs.
• Act as trusted advisor across onboarding, maturity, renewal, and expansion.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to reduce admin work and increase value.
