Sage Recruiting is partnering with a well-established enterprise software company to hire a Team Lead for an AI-powered meeting intelligence product. You will join a small team that is about to double in size, spending 60-70% of time coding, architecture, and system design while guiding the team through agile ceremonies and technical decisions.

You will own high-level architecture, mentor engineers, and partner with product and QA to ensure robust AI-driven features, with a focus on performance

Qualifications

• Proven Team Lead experience with system design and architecture ownership.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI workflows in development.
• Strong architecture and systems design instincts.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Solid foundation in C#/.NET, TypeScript, and REST API design.
• Real CI/CD ownership and cloud deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Stay hands-on: 60-70% of time on coding, architecture, and system design as the team scales.
• Own the backlog with the product owner: grooming, estimation, sprint planning.
