Job summary

Bits In Glass is partnering with ConveneAI to build and govern enterprise AI solutions. You will shape engagements before sale, govern architecture across multiple pods, and own reusable reference architectures, while mentoring engineers and aligning with global standards.

This senior role requires hands-on coding and deep expertise in cloud-native AI, security, data residency, and cost-aware design. Travel to client sites in Canada is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and shipping enterprise software.
• 2+ years on production LLM or agentic systems with real users.
• Technical owner across multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Hands-on capability: reading code and architectural design.
• Enterprise architecture fluency: security, data residency, IAM, networking.

Responsibilities

• Shape engagements before sale, assessing what can be delivered in 8–12 weeks.
• Govern architecture across live pods and lead design reviews.
• Own reference architecture and accelerator library for reuse.
• Mentor GenAI and Data Engineers with code and design reviews.
• Collaborate with global teams to maintain standards across geographies.
