Job summary

RAVL is seeking a Senior/Principal AI Platform Engineer to design and operate a secure, scalable AI platform for enterprise delivery. You will shape architecture, standards, and governance across regulated financial services clients, ensuring reusable platform services and steadfast site reliability.

In this role, you will lead platform initiatives, mentor engineers, and partner with security and architecture teams to drive adoption of enterprise capabilities in a cloud-native environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and operating cloud platforms using Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, containers, and modern cloud-native architecture.
• Deep experience building CI/CD pipelines, cloud networking, IAM, observability platforms, and SRE practices.
• Experience designing highly available distributed systems with SLOs, monitoring, tracing, incident response, and capacity planning.
• Working knowledge of large language models, AI inference, agent architectures, and exposing AI capabilities as reusable platform services.
• Experience implementing secure data governance, privacy, lineage, lifecycle management, access controls, and scalable data processing.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate shared infrastructure, services, and runtime capabilities enabling secure deployment and governance of AI-powered apps.
• Establish engineering standards and mentor engineers across teams to drive adoption of enterprise platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with security, architecture, and platform teams to deliver scalable, compliant, reusable services for regulated environments.
