Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to provide L3 support for enterprise AI platforms including Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, configuration, automation, security/compliance, and enabling new AI capabilities.

Based in Montreal with a hybrid model (3 days on site), you will mentor L2.5 teams and partner with Microsoft and vendors to deploy advanced AI features.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering, platform, or senior technical support experience.
• Experience with AI/LLM platforms and/or Microsoft 365.
• Strong Generative AI/LLM understanding.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Entra ID, Purview/DLP, Power Platform.
• Experience with CI/CD, integrations, security/compliance, and enterprise troubleshooting.
• Financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 engineering support and incident management for enterprise AI platforms.
• Configure and support Microsoft Copilot, M365, Azure OpenAI, Entra ID, Purview/DLP, Power Platform, connectors.
• Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Partner with Microsoft and vendors to test and deploy new AI features.
• Support AI security, compliance, access management, and audit requirements.
• Review documentation and mentor L2.5 support teams.
• Contribute to AI agent and support automation initiatives.
