Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 8+ years in technical operations roles (SRE/NOC).
• Strong troubleshooting across systems level.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, tracing (SLIs/SLOs).
• Incident response leadership for outages.

Responsibilities

• Be the last line of defense for API platform reliability.
• Scale support ops via automation and AI tools.
• Configure monitoring and alerting to detect issues in real time.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure feature readiness.
• Lead incident response, post-mortems, and follow-ups.
• Provide coverage during holidays/weekends as needed.
