Job summary

Pacer Group in Montreal, QC is seeking a senior engineer with 6+ years of enterprise/platform engineering or senior technical support to lead AI/LLM initiatives, deploying, configuring, supporting, and scaling enterprise AI products across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Purview/DLP, Azure OpenAI, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise/platform engineering or senior tech support.
• Hands-on deployment, configuration, support, and scaling of enterprise AI/LLM products.
• Expertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Purview/DLP, Azure OpenAI, Graph API, Power Platform.
• Strong Python, PowerShell, and automation scripting with CI/CD understanding.
• Experience with AI security, compliance, access management, SSO/SCIM, audit logging, DLP.
• Troubleshooting Level 3 engineering issues, incident management, RCA, platform reliability.
• Integration with M365, ServiceNow, identity platforms, connectors, enterprise AI apps.
• Ability to train/mentor Level 2 staff and collaborate with vendor engineers on AI automation.

Job description

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise engineering, platform engineering, or senior technical support, preferably within financial services.
• Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, supporting, and scaling enterprise AI/LLM products such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Purview/DLP, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Platform.
• Strong Python, PowerShell, and automation/scripting skills with understanding of CI/CD practices.
• Experience with AI security, compliance, access management, SSO/SCIM, audit logging, DLP, and responsible AI policies.
• Strong experience troubleshooting complex Level 3 engineering issues, incident/problem management, RCA, and platform reliability.
• Experience integrating M365, ServiceNow, identity platforms, connectors, and enterprise AI applications.
• Ability to train and mentor Level 2/2.5 support teams, work with Microsoft/vendor engineers, and contribute to AI-agent automation for support and QA.
