National Bank of Canada seeks a Senior AI Developer within Wealth Management and Capital Markets to advance digital platforms by integrating AI capabilities. You will design APIs, microservices, and rich user experiences in Java/Spring Boot and React/TypeScript, while leveraging AWS GenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.

Formación

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, with several years of relevant software development experience.
• Solid development experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript, and experience designing and integrating APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.
• Experience with AWS and a strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and intelligent agents; knowledge of AWS Bedrock and AWS Bedrock AgentCore is a plus.
• Proficiency with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with automated testing and best practices related to code quality, security, and maintainability.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and integrate artificial intelligence and generative AI capabilities into Wealth Management and Capital Markets digital platforms.
• Design services, APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot, as well as user experiences using React and TypeScript.
• Integrate digital applications with AI services, LLMs, RAG architectures, and intelligent agents.
• Develop and operationalize solutions leveraging AWS and its generative AI capabilities, in collaboration with the Solution Designer and specialized teams.
• Automate testing and CI/CD processes using GitHub and GitHub Actions, while contributing to security, observability, and performance.
• Share expertise through code reviews and proofs of concept, and improve code quality and engineering practices.
