Job summary

AWS Professional Services is seeking ML/GenAI experts to help Canadian public sector clients leverage AWS services for production-ready ML solutions. You will partner with ML engineers and cloud architects to design, build, and deploy innovative GenAI workloads using Bedrock, SageMaker, and related tools.

You will engage in exploratory data analysis, model development, deployment, and customer-ready training, ensuring robust, scalable architectures and strong business outcomes across Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a data scientist or ML engineer with ML model and GenAI work
• Fluent in French and English due to global collaboration
• Experience with AWS or cloud technologies
• Experience in building ML/GenAI solutions and related deployment
• Knowledge of ML frameworks and tools used in production environments

Responsibilities

• Understand client business issues and translate into requirements
• Select AI/ML services and algorithms to meet business needs
• Build, validate ML/GenAI solutions and deploy on client infrastructure
• Collaborate with ML engineers, Cloud Architects and App Developers to productionize a solution
• Work with a wide range of IT tools and AWS services to achieve client goals
