Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect for Migrations to lead complex customer migration engagements from kickoff through go-live. You will serve as the primary technical and strategic contact for your migration pod, coordinating with Global Delivery Center partners and aligning outcomes with customers’ business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale platform migrations.
• Understanding of how target cloud platforms integrate with telephony systems, data sources, and self-service portals.
• Familiarity with AI agents or automation tools for data mapping, sentiment analysis, or task automation.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce core (Sales/Service Cloud) or specialized clouds (Marketing, Data, Revenue, Tableau).
• Deep domain expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex technical architectures into business-friendly language and guide customers through data transformations.
• Proven experience with global or offshore delivery models (e.g., GDC).
• Certifications in Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud, Tableau; Salesforce AI Associate or Agentblazer certifications.
• Prior experience as an individual contributor leading multi-million dollar transformation engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration engagements from kickoff to go-live.
• Act as primary technical and strategic contact for the migration pod.
• Coordinate with Global Delivery Center engineering partners.
• Bridge legacy environments with future-state platforms and accelerate timelines with automation.
• Own technical delivery, project health, and successful go-live outcomes.
• Collaborate with Account Teams and Sales leadership to align migration goals with business strategy.
• Translate complex migration challenges into actionable decisions for stakeholders.
• Develop and execute focused delivery plans with high-impact milestones.
• Drive adoption of AI agents and automation toolkits to speed discovery and data mapping.
• Manage incidents during major migrations and coordinate with Engineering/Product on releases.
