Job summary

Precisely is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join the Master Data Management (MDM) product line within its Data Integrity Suite. In this role, you will design and deliver enterprise-grade, AI-first full stack applications that manage and deliver trusted, high-quality data across integrations, workflows, and analytics.

You will work across frontend and backend layers, mentoring junior engineers and influencing technical direction, while applying AI to accelerate development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Java and object-oriented design.
• Experience leading system design and architecture decisions.
• Proficient in web application architecture, APIs, and scalable systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and distributed systems.
• Advantageous: experience with AI-assisted engineering and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver enterprise-grade full-stack features for the MDM product line.
• Design and implement REST APIs and service integrations for workflows.
• Own data models and architecture decisions for MDM platforms.
• Develop, test, and deploy features end-to-end.
• Lead debugging and root-cause analysis across front-end and back-end.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence technical direction.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Platform teams.
