Job summary

Precisely is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the MDM product line within the Data Integrity Suite. You will design and deliver AI‑first full stack apps across frontend and backend, mentor engineers, and drive scalable, production‑ready features that process trusted data across integrations, workflows, and analytics.

You will lead architectural decisions, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and apply AI to accelerate development while ensuring code quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 4+ years of software development experience and hands-on Java/JavaScript.
• Strong React/Angular experience and system design/architecture leadership.
• Proficient in Java, web APIs, and scalable RESTful services.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and distributed systems.
• Proven practice with test-driven development and code quality gates.
• Experience mentoring juniors and influencing technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop full stack applications using Java (backend) and modern JS frameworks.
• Build responsive UI and integrate with backend services and APIs.
• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices for MDM features.
• Own data models and architecture decisions for scalable platforms.
• Deliver features end‑to‑end including testing and deployment.
• Lead debugging and root-cause analysis across frontend and backend.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate development and improve quality.
• Write unit/integration tests and improve platform reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Platform teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical direction.
