Job summary

Magna is seeking a skilled engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack agentic AI applications. You will work across MVPs to production-ready products, ensuring intuitive workflows and reliable performance for end users.

The role emphasizes collaboration with R&D teams, strong UI/UX, and integration with MCP servers, data pipelines, and cloud deployment. If you thrive in a fast-paced, global team, this is for you.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Engineering including Computer Science or AI
• 2+ years in SW/AI industry
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Experience developing agentic AI apps with CrewAI, LangGraph, MCP
• Cloud deployment experience (Docker, Azure, Databricks)
• Proficient in Python and OOP
• Proficient with Git, Linux terminal, Bash
• Experience with data structures and knowledge graphs
• Frontend development with Next.js/React

Responsibilities

• Evaluate technologies and product designs to meet scientific and engineering standards and customer specs
• Support development through design, validation, prototyping, testing and evaluation of production-capable processes
• Contribute innovative ideas and share information with team members
• Provide engineering support to other departments as directed by leadership
• Manage innovation projects, track progress, and maintain documentation
