Job summary

Time Doctor seeks a Director of AI Content Systems, Marketing, to design, build, and run an AI-powered content system turning product, customer, and expert knowledge into scalable content. You’ll shape strategy, production workflows, and expert input pipelines while maintaining brand voice and editorial standards.

As the first hire on the marketing tech team, you’ll own organic leads, traffic, and AI search visibility, coordinating with freelancers, agencies, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS content, SEO, or growth marketing, incl. 1+ years leading a function.
• Built and run AI-powered content workflows in production with end-to-end walkthroughs.
• Hands-on with AI and automation tools (LLMs, agents, platforms).
• Comfortable tinkering with HTML/CSS; readable Python and scripts; familiarity with Claude Code desirable.
• Track record of growing organic traffic and leads via SEO and AI search surfaces.
• Strong editorial judgment; design systems to catch off-brand or wrong AI drafts.
• Experience directing freelancers, agencies, and SMEs to a quality bar.

Responsibilities

• Define content strategy based on demand and revenue priorities.
• Design and run AI workflows, prompts, and QA gates at scale like a product.
• Capture knowledge from product, success, sales, and experts for the system.
• Own voice, tone, and editorial standards across all assets.
• Manage SEO and AI search visibility for organic reach.
• Own site architecture, content structure, and conversion paths.
• Select and manage AI tools, automation platforms, and external partners.
