Job summary

Time Doctor seeks a Director of AI Content Systems, Marketing, to architect and run an AI-powered content system that turns product, customer, and expert knowledge into scalable content. You’ll treat it like a product with versioning, QA gates, and measurable output.

You’ll lead content strategy, expert input pipelines, and brand standards while coordinating with freelancers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS content, SEO, or growth marketing with leadership experience.
• Built and operated AI-powered content production workflows in production.
• Hands-on with AI tools and automation platforms.
• Able to read HTML/CSS; basic Python scripting knowledge.
• Track record of growing organic traffic and leads through SEO.

Responsibilities

• Define what to publish and for whom based on demand and priorities.
• Design and run the AI content production system with QA gates.
• Capture expert knowledge to feed the system and differentiate content.
• Own voice, tone, and editorial standards in the system.
• Own SEO strategy and visibility in AI answers and web content.
• Own site architecture, conversions, and roadmap for the website.
• Select and manage AI tools, platforms, and external partners.
