Collingwood General & Marine Hospital Foundation is seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide executive support and manage office operations during the Tomorrow’s Hospital campaign. You will handle the president and CEO’s calendar, coordinate governance activities, and support with donor relations and stewardship.
The successful candidate will work from the foundation office in downtown Collingwood with some meetings outside the office and occasional work-from-home flexibility.

With an upcoming retirementcreating a vacancy, the Senior Administrative Coordinator is responsible forproviding executive level support and assisting with office operations toenable the Foundation to achieve its top priorities, beginning with thetransformational Tomorrow’s Hospital campaign. This position managesexecutive scheduling, supports governance activities, executes stewardshipprocesses,andassistswithoffice administration asweundertake the largest fundraising campaign inSouth GeorgianBay’shistory.
The Senior Coordinator is aself starter with superior attention to detail and an ability to manage severalprojects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. The Senior Coordinator will thriveon creating relationships with internal and external stakeholders includingsenior volunteers, hospital leadership and key donors.
The Senior Coordinator reportsto the President & CEO and provides project support to the new SeniorDirector, Operations. The projected start date is October/November 2026.
