Prepare advertisements and informative materials for members, ensuring content is consistent and easy to understand. Proofread documents carefully to make sure everything leaving the program area reflects well on the organization.
Support the program manager with gathering information and preparing materials as needed. Use sound judgement to prioritize work and flag issues early, helping the team meet its goals during a period of transition.
