Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science and FICA or FSA designation; MAAA is an asset.
• Approximately eight years of actuarial experience.
• Experience in life insurance or transferable actuarial skills.
• Strong problem solving, initiative, autonomy, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial transformation projects modernizing studies, data, tools, and analytics.
• Improve financial results processes, reliability, controls, and autonomy.
• Translate complex issues into structured, sustainable solutions for business needs.
• Act as trusted advisor to partners and management to support profitability.
• Contribute to pricing models and tools, including AXIS, and standardize practices.
