iA Financial Group is seeking a Senior Actuarial Advisor to develop advanced actuarial models and analyze financial performance for Dealer Services – U.S. Operations. You will collaborate with U.S.

risk management, sales, and product development teams, and engage Canadian corporate teams in actuarial services, finance, and management. You will design dashboards, communicate results, and contribute to product design and risk management strategies in a hybrid work environment in Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• 7–10 years actuarial experience in property and casualty or non-life insurance.
• Professional designation such as FICA, FSA, or FCAS; MAAA considered an asset.
• Proficiency with actuarial and analytical tools (R, Python, SAS, SQL).

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and improve actuarial models for risk assessment and forecasting.
• Conduct experience analyses, review assumptions, and identify trends.
• Review pricing, products, and coverage; recommend actions to improve financial performance.
• Analyze portfolio profitability, sales, and new business opportunities.
• Contribute to product design, portfolio management, and risk strategies.
• Assist with capital optimization, acquisitions, reinsurance, and financial results.
• Design dashboards and reports to communicate results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Canadian and U.S. teams; support knowledge sharing.
