iA Financial Group is seeking a Senior Actuarial Advisor to develop and enhance actuarial models, analyze financial performance, and formulate recommendations to guide business decisions. You will work with U.S.

risk management, sales, and product development teams, and collaborate with Canadian corporate teams in actuarial services, finance, and management. The role emphasizes technical expertise, business acumen, and collaborative problem-solving in a hybrid work environment with opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• 7–10 years of actuarial experience in property and casualty or non-life insurance.
• Professional designation such as FICA, FSA, or FCAS; MAAA asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve actuarial models for risk assessment and forecasting.
• Analyze experience, review assumptions, and identify key trends.
• Review pricing, products, and coverage to improve financial performance.
• Analyze portfolio profitability, sales, and new business opportunities.
• Contribute to product design and risk management strategies.
• Design dashboards and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Canadian and U.S. teams and support knowledge sharing.
