Job summary

Encore Canada seeks an Accounting Analyst III to support accuracy and timely reporting of financial data. You will analyze compensation-related transactions, payroll accruals, and assist with month-end close while partnering with Accounting, Finance, Payroll, and HR teams to ensure precise recording.

The role includes cross-border coordination with U.S. Corporate Finance, process improvements, and potential automation projects to enhance reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting, financial analysis, or reporting experience.
• CPA designation is an asset; GAAP knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation-related calculations and post to ERP.
• Prepare and post monthly close journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and explain variances across accounts.
