Reporting to the Managing Partner, the Senior Accounting Associate will manage corporate client engagements, working hands-on with clients and in close coordination with our team.

How You’ll Add Value:

• Communicate directly with clients to gather information, clarify questions, and build a strong trusted relationship to support ongoing services
• Prepare compilation engagements and financial statements based on information provided by the client
• Assist with personal tax return preparation during busy season
• Prepare and file year-end slips such as T4s and T5s
• Perform year-end reviews and account reconciliations
• Contribute to review engagements as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality service delivery

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting with experience with compilation engagements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in business, or a related field
• CPA accounting designation is preferred, but not required
• Strong proficiency in Profile and CaseWare software is mandatory
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Sage is preferred
