Best Buy Canada seeks a Senior Accounting Administrator for Wireless Subscriptions & AR Operations on a 12-month contract. You will manage disputed chargebacks, perform PayPal reconciliations, and support warranty program accounts receivable in a remote-first environment.

You will analyze complex transactions, gather evidence, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant recoveries while delivering accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, banking, or financial services in a mid- to large-sized organization.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with SQL.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to investigate complex transactional issues.
• Effective communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather documentation and submit evidence (representment) to contest invalid chargebacks.

**Senior Accounting Administrator - Wireless Subscriptions & AR Operations (12-month contract)***Are you an analytical accounting professional who enjoys investigating complex transactions and driving financial recovery?*As a **Senior Accounting Administrator** at Best Buy, you will manage disputed credit card transactions from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution, minimizing financial loss, and supporting positive customer experience.
