Best Buy is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team with a remote-first model and in-person collaboration in the Vancouver area. You will drive monthly reporting, forecasting, and KPI dashboard development to support strategic decision-making and efficiency initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years of financial analysis experience in a retail or omnichannel setting, plus advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in financial analysis, planning, and management reporting.
• 2+ years of experience within a large retail or omnichannel organization.
• Advanced Excel/VBA skills with hands-on experience using Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly internal financial reports comparing actuals to budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Build, maintain, and enhance KPI dashboards to monitor performance across units, channels, or locations.
• Support end-to-end financial planning: long-range plans, budgets, and monthly forecasts.
• Translate complex financial data into insights by identifying variances, trends, risks and opportunities.
