The Role

You’ll lead and support a range of assurance and compilation engagements, from planning through final reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong public practice experience who’s ready to step into a client-facing, leadership role in a mid-sized firm environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading audits and reviews from planning to completion
• Preparing and reviewing compilations and NTR files
• Reviewing working papers and financial statements from junior staff
• Performing risk assessments and audit procedures
• Communicating with clients throughout the engagement
• Mentoring and coaching junior team members
• Working with managers and partners to ensure quality
• Using CaseWare and related accounting tools

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of public accounting experience in assurance / compilation
• Strong knowledge of ASPE, CAS, and Compilation standards
