Job summary

GainShare Performance Marketing, a North American agency, seeks a Senior Account Manager based in Toronto. You will lead strategic client relationships across the full media ecosystem, from brand-building to performance, with ownership of campaigns and budgets.

You'll drive integrated media strategies, oversee budgets, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with analytics, finance, and creative teams to deliver business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of account experience in performance marketing or integrated marketing.
• 3+ years in a client-facing leadership or account management role.
• Proven track record managing accounts with $500K+ annual media spend across digital and traditional.
• Deep expertise in paid search, paid social, programmatic media and video.
• Strong analytical proficiency in full funnel Media Measurement and Analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking, organization, and attention to detail.
• Curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Lead client communication, meetings, and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop and present comprehensive performance marketing strategies.
• Own budgets, profitability, and day-to-day account operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Analyze cross-channel data to derive actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
• Maintain strong senior marketing stakeholder relationships.
