Job summary

The Influence Agency in the GTA is looking for an Account Manager (Client Success Manager) to lead strategy and ensure flawless execution of performance marketing campaigns across Paid Media, SEO, CRO and Web.

You will build trusted client relationships, coordinate cross‑functional teams, report results, and identify upsell opportunities to drive growth.

Hybrid work model; travel to our West End location three days per week. Compensation range CAD 65,000–90,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management within digital marketing
• 3+ years reporting on advanced marketing campaigns, including data storytelling
• Proven track record of upselling and driving growth through strategic client partnerships
• Experience in a marketing agency is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-service campaigns, ensuring seamless integration of Paid Media, SEO, CRO, and Web strategies to achieve client goals
• Coordinate with internal teams, outlining work to supporting departments to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Lead client reporting meetings with data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations
• Upsell services where beneficial to the client
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, fostering trust and transparency
• Lead new client setups and budgets aligned with business objectives
