Setsail Interactive Inc. in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Senior Account Manager – Client Growth to own a portfolio of active client accounts. Base salary plus uncapped commission with opportunities for growth, starting with a strong onboarding and client management focus.

You will lead kickoff meetings, propose additional services, and collaborate with leadership to grow your book while maintaining high retention. A collaborative, high-energy team environment in our Vancouver office awaits.

Formación

• 3+ years of account management experience, ideally at an agency.
• Proven relationship-builder with client-facing track record.
• Clear, confident communicator in writing and in person.
• Methodical, organized, and able to juggle multiple moving pieces.

Responsabilidades

• Own Your Client Relationships: be the main point of contact for your portfolio and keep clients informed and excited about our work.
• Grow Your Book: identify client needs, propose and close additional services with uncapped commission.
• Lead kickoff and onboarding meetings for new accounts and manage invoicing and admin tasks.
• Write and deliver client proposals and build growth plans with leadership.

Role Overview

This is not an admin seat. You'll own a portfolio of active client accounts: be the person they trust, keep their campaigns moving, and spot what they need next — and earn uncapped commission on everything you grow. You'll work directly with our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Own Your Client Relationships

• Be the main point of contact for your portfolio of accounts.
• Keep clients confident, informed, and excited about the work we deliver.
• Lead kickoff and onboarding meetings for the accounts you take on.
• Write and deliver client proposals; handle invoicing and general account admin.

Grow Your Book

• Learn each client's business deeply enough to see what they need before they ask.
• Recommend and close additional services and projects within your accounts — with uncapped commission on what you close.
• Keep retention high and grow the revenue your portfolio generates over time.
• Build a growth plan for your book with our leadership team.

Compensation & Perks
