We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Account Manager who can own client relationships end-to-end while orchestrating award worthy work. You’ll be the strategic heartbeat between our clients, creative, production and media teams, ensuring every brief turns into bold, insight driven campaigns that move culture and market share.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary day-to-day lead to client relationships and their projects at hand.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s brand and values.
- Active in ensuring alignment on marketing objectives and execution with creative team.
- Translate business objectives into strategic roadmaps and quarterly growth plans.
- Proactively identify and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Scope, build and manage budgets
- Leverage project management skills to manage and deliver multiple projects at a time.
- Champion process improvements that cut task cycle time by ≥10 %.
- Provide constructive feedback that inspires, not deflates, the creative team.
- Track category trends, competitor moves, and distill insights into POVs and proactive ideas.
Must-Haves
- 7+ years in an advertising agency, managing multi-channel campaigns (TV, digital, social, experiential).
- Proven track record of owning six-figure budgets and delivering on time and profitably.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Deep understanding of creative workflows and managing a team.
- Have a positive attitude and willing toleveragepast experienceto provide the best solution for each project you own.
- Strong in project-management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, or similar) and MS Excel/Google Sheets etc.
- Confident presenting to key stakeholders; persuasive storyteller and relationship builder.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to work on-site.
